EEX E-Authentication Services will be down for a system update on Sunday, February 17 from 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and Tuesday, February 19 from 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. They have also published a maintenance schedule for all of 2008 which is included below. Users trying to authenticate through Employee Express will receive an error message and will not be able to connect due to their credentials not being verified. EEX has been asked to notify the E-Authentication Help Desk when their E-Authentication Service has been restored. The Help Desk will send an Update email upon receiving notification of EEX's restoration of service.
