Submission Report Admin

The Submission Report allows Grants.gov Administrators to view information on a specific submitted application.Review the Related Submissions help article for additional information.

How to Access a Submission Report

  1. Select the Submission Report link from the Grantor Center page or Grantor tab drop-down menu. The Submission Report page will display.

  2. Enter search criteria to find the submission report, which may include the specific Grant Tracking number, Submitter's Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) or User ID, or a date range for the dates within which the submission was received.

  3. Click the Search button.

  4. Locate the desired record and click the Details link in the Actions column.

  5. The following information about the application will appear in the record's Details box: Grants Tracking Number, Funding Opportunity Number, Opportunity Package ID, CFDA, Competition ID, Agency, Agency Tracking Number, Date/Time Received, Submission Method (Workspace, Workspace (Mobile), PDF, S2S and Third Party S2S), Submitter’s UEI, UEI in Application, Active Exclusions, Debt Subject to Offset, Agency Notes (when available), Submitter’s User ID, Submitter's Name, Submitter's Email, Submitter's State, Submission History, and Status. There may also be a link to Related Submissions.

Informative status

Note: The Active Exclusions and Debt Subject to Offset fields are captured at the time of submission for the Submission Report. Use the Organization Report to view the current status.
