Add or Modify Template Forms
How to Add or Modify Forms to Application Packages
Click the Add/Modify Template Forms button on the Create Application Package Template page.
Assign mandatory or optional forms by selecting the applicable radio buttons and clicking the Continue button. Or, click the Cancel button to return to the Create Application Package Template page.
Informative status
Tip: You can preview a form by clicking on the version number.
If you do not want to save the new application package template, click the Cancel button on the Create Application Package Template page. You will be returned to the Manage Application Package Templates page, where the new application package template will not appear.
If you want to save the new application package template, click the Save button on the Create Application Package Template page. You will be returned to the Manage Application Package Templates page where the new application package template will appear.
