The Audit Report - Agency Activity allows grantors to view information and activities performed by all grantors within an agency.

How to Access an Audit Report

1. Select the Audit Report - Agency Activity link from the Grantor Center page or Grantor tab drop-down menu.

2. Enter the applicable search criteria for your search.

3. Click the Search button.

4. The Results table will provide the following audit data: Performed By User, Performed By Certificate, Category, Action, Performed On, Agency Code, Source, Details, and Timestamp.
