Exporting Data

Pages that display a green “X” icon allow users to export the selected report data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

How to Export Data

  1. Click on the X icon. A File Download box will display.

  2. When prompted, open the Excel spreadsheet file or save the file to your computer.

The following reports can be downloaded to Excel:

  • Manage Agency Users

  • Manage Opportunities

  • Manage Application Package Templates

  • Retrieve Submitted Applications

  • View All Submitted Applications

  • Agency Tracking Number/Notes Assigner

  • Organization Report

  • Rejection Report

  • Published Opportunities
