To change profile information for an agency or sub-agency, complete the steps below.

How to Modify Agencies and Sub-Agencies

1. Click the Set Agency Level link in the left navigation menu or in the Grantor tab drop-down menu. You will be directed to the Set Agency Level page. This page displays all the sub-agencies available under your agency.

   • Informative status

     Note: If you want to modify the profile information of the agency you are currently logged in as, skip down to Step.

2. Select the agency or sub-agency profile that you want to modify by clicking the name of the agency or sub-agency in the list.

3. Once you have selected the agency or sub-agency, click Set Agency Level button at the top of the page.

4. From the Grantor tab drop-down menu or in the left navigation menu, click the Modify Agency link. This will take you to the Agency Profile page where you can make any necessary revisions, including adding or updating the Opportunity Agency Contact Defaults for forecasts, synopses and packages (see the Create Agency help article for more details).

5. If you want to save the changes you made to the agency or sub-agency profile, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

6. If you do not want to save the changes you made to the agency or sub-agency profile, click the Cancel button at the bottom of the page.
