How to Modify an Application Package Template

  1. On the Manage Application Package Templates page, click the Search button to view all templates.

  2. Select the application package template that you want to modify by clicking the Modify link for the specific template.

  3. You will be directed to the Modify Application Package Template page.

    • Conditional Step: If the Project Type option appears below the Template Name field, select whether to change the application package template to a Single Project or Multi-Project template by clicking the appropriate radio button. If you do not see this option, it does not affect your package template because your agency does not use multi-project packages. The Selected Forms box lists the forms that can be included in the template.
