Modify Multi-Project Packages

After clicking the Manage link on the Manage Opportunities page, Grantors with the Manage Packages role will be directed to the Manage Opportunity page.

Click the Multi-Project Package tab, then click on the Continue button to make necessary changes to the draft package. If the Multi-Project Package has already been published, it will appear in the Records table. Click the Modify link in the Actions column to modify a published multi-project package. The data fields and steps to modifying a package are the same as creating a package, so more detailed information about the application package details are available in the Create a Multi-Project Package.

Remember, modifying a package is separate from modifying a synopsis since they are two separate components of the opportunity, so the Updated Dates for synopses and packages are not connected.

If you need to change the form package template, refer to the Change Template for an Existing Package help article.
