Help Page Content

Participants Tab

Content on the Participants tab of the View Workspace page is read-only for grantors and Grants.gov Administrators with the Agency Report Viewer role. As a result, the Add Participants button is visible but deactivated for grantors and Grants.gov Administrators on the View Workspace – Participants page. For more information about applicant actions in the Participants tab, refer to the Participants Tab help article.

Informative status

Note: If an organization has set the AOR access level to "Expanded," then a workspace does not need a participant with the AOR role. Any active AOR within the organization will be able to submit the workspace application without being added as participant to the workspace. For more information about the AOR with Expanded Access setting, review the Manage Organization Profile help article.

The Export Detailed Data button will allow the grantors and Grants.gov Administrators to download an Excel spreadsheet of the Workspace Participants data, if necessary.
