Subscription Report

The Subscription Report allows grantors to view information about people who have subscribed to a specific funding opportunity number (FON), including their names, email addresses, phone number, and date of subscription. When a user subscribes to a specific FON, they receive notification emails about changes made to that FON, including the forecast, synopsis, and package, as applicable.

Informative status

Note: The Subscription Report does not include email addresses (1) for people who have subscribed to ALL grant opportunities on Grants.gov or (2) for people who have created a saved search. For more information about Grants.gov subscriptions, review the Connect help article.

How to Access a Subscription Report

  1. Select the Subscription Report link from the Grantor Center page or Grantor tab drop-down menu.

  2. Enter a Funding Opportunity Number.

  3. Click the Search button.

  4. Results will display the email addresses of all the people who have subscribed to the FON.

  5. To download the search results data as an .xls file, click the Export Data button.
