Linking Login.gov/AMS to your Grants.gov Account

You’ll need your Grants.gov account username and password to link to a Login.gov/AMS account. If you do not have a Grants.gov account, please register. If you are a Grantor, your agency POC will need to associate your account with the agency. 

  1. Click the Login link in the top right corner of Grants.gov. 

  2. Select your login method, Login.gov or AMS. Sign in using your Login.gov or AMS credentials. 

    • Note: Only HHS Grantors can select Access Management System (AMS) option. 

  3. After you’re directed to the Link to Grants.gov Account page, enter your username and password and click the Submit button to complete the linking process. 

Note: After linking, you will be able to login using only your Login.gov or AMS credentials.
