Blocked Forms
The Grants.gov system places a temporary block on a workspace or form when a Participant action is being processed – for example, when a Participant is uploading a form. Any other Participant who attempts to access the blocked form or workspace will receive an alert stating that their action could not be processed.
For example, if a Participant attempts to upload a form when another Workspace action is being processed, he or she may receive a message that reads: “Unable to complete requested action – Workspace is performing updates for another Participant. Please try again later.” When you receive such an alert, retry your intended action after waiting a few seconds.
